I don't know. Sometimes I get error messages. Maybe you have too much on your computer like I did with my old one but it was full of school work and too many programs. I can still use the old one but I can't open HI5 and some other things with it. I lost sound on it. I got a new lap top with money my school got me. I only had 3 assignemnts left when the computer I was using messed up. I am going to back it up and upgrade it so I will have 3 working computers. One I use for pictures only for now. I had it since before 2003. Maybe you can delete a lot of unused programs or files. Click on start, then run and type in "prefetch". in the run slot. That will bring up a lot of temporary files you may not need and some history. You can delete them there. Also do a disk drive cleanup. Rememebr everything you save takes up memory space. Look back through what you saved on your computer and delete the least important things. HI5 and some other sites seeem to use a lot of memory especially when you receive anything. Good luck.
